Wells Fargo Bank files application to foreclose on Beaumont property

A mortgage company filed an application to foreclose on a Beaumont home.

Wells Fargo Bank NA as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-4, Asset-backed Certificates Series 2007-4, filed an application for expedited order of foreclosure on April 30 in the Jefferson County District Court concerning Sharon Lanell Blackwell and Gordon Lile Blackwell's property at 1470 Captain Drive, Beaumont. 

Wells Fargo contends that 23 monthly payments have not been paid and $32,257.27 is needed to cure the default.

The petitioner is seeking an expedited order allowing foreclosure.

Wells Fargo is being represented in the case by Kendra Wiley, Lori Liane Long, Tracey Midkiff and Israel Saucedo of Mackie Wolf Zientz & Mann PC.
