Children's Advantage sued for breach of contract

Breach of contract

A company is suing over claims another company breached a contract and failed to pay outstanding fees.

Cintas-R.U.S. L.P. filed a lawsuit May 6 in the Galveston County Court against Children's Advantage, doing business as Kids Orbit, citing breach of contract.

According to the complaint, Cintas and Children's Advantage entered into a contract Oct. 2, for Cintas to supply goods, merchandise and services to Children's Advantage.

Cintas says the defendant has failed to pay for services rendered in an amount more than $950, and because they cancelled the contract before the termination date, the contract says Cintas is entitled to more than $13,900 in damages.

Cintas is seeking unpaid invoices, damages and attorney's fees. It is being represented in the case by attorney Allen D. Russell of Taylor, Taylor & Russell.
