Rearend crash

A Harris County woman is suing over claims she sustained injuries from a car accident.

Klevi Mustafaj filed a lawsuit May 2 in the Galveston Division of the Eastern District of Texas against Zachary Kanuch, citing negligence.

Mustafaj claims she suffered injuries when her vehicle was rear-ended by the defendant's vehicle while traveling on the feeder road on the Gulf Freeway near Highway 96, causing her injuries. According to the brief, Kanuch failed to keep a proper look out, failed to control speed and followed too closely behind Mustafaj, resulting in the accident.

Mustafaj is seeking damages, interest and court costs. She is being represented in the case by attorney Marty Herring of Marty Herring and Associates.
