A Harris County man is suing after allegedly suffering a spine injury at work. Fabrice Sitan filed suit July 18 in the Galveston Division of the Southern District of Texas against Epic Diving & Marine Services LLC. According to the complaint, on March 30 Sitan was working for the defendant when he suffered injuries to his spine and body because a boat crew member unexpectedly cut a rope attached
