Electrical system supplier sues over bill

Breach of contract

An electrical system supplier is suing a client on claims they haven’t paid their bill.


Triple C Electric LLC filed a lawsuit May 21 in the Galveston County Court at Law No. 1 against Scott Clawson, doing business as Gulf Coast Breakers-Houston, citing breach of contract. 


The lawsuit states Triple C sold Gulf Coast items and invoiced the company. The company owes $11,630, according to the complaint.


Triple C is seeking damages of $11,630, plus court costs of at least $1,500.


It is being represented by private attorney Michael L. Dahlenburg.
