A Jefferson County man is suing over claims he was injured in a vehicle collision.
Cornelius Collins Jr. filed a lawsuit June 9 in the Jefferson County District Court against Rickey Polidore, citing negligence.
According to the complaint, Collins was driving a Ford F-150 on May 31, when it was rear-ended by a vehicle driven by Polidore. Collins says he sustained injuries.
Collins is seeking damages and costs to be determined by the court.
He is being represented in the case by attorney Dan Ducote Jr. of Moore Landrey LLP in Beaumont.
