A lawsuit has been filed after an injury allegedly occurred in a collision at an intersection.
Richard Powell filed suit June 17 in Jefferson County District Court against Enrique Perlasca, EAN Holdings LLC, individually and doing business as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and El Paso LLC, individually and doing business as El Paso Energy Corp., El Paso Corp., El Paso Gas Corp., El Paso Gas Transmission Co., Valero Energy Corp. and Valero Lucas Terminal.
According to the complaint, on Sept. 12, 2012, the plaintiff was driving his vehicle and was collided into by Perlasca at the intersection of E. Main Street and Spur 93 in Jefferson County.
Perlasca was driving while in the employment of the other named defendants at the time of the incident, which caused property damage and personal injury to the plaintiff, the suit states.
Powell is seeking damages within the jurisdictional limit of the court.
