Servicing company seeks foreclosure on home equity loan

Citifinancial Servicing has filed an application for an expedited order on a home equity.

The company alleges respondents Leroy Alvin Conner and Veronica Lynn Conner have failed to make 21 monthly payments toward a home equity loan. 

The Conners live at 2711 36th St., Port Arthur, according to the complaint filed Sept. 12 in Jefferson County District Court. Citifinancial Servicing is seeking a foreclosure on their home.

"The amount required to cure the default is $9,196.71," the suit states. "The total amount to pay off the loan agreement is $81,105.19."

Citifinancial seeks an expedited order that would allow it to proceed with the foreclosure.

It will be represented by Luke Madole, Michael Burns, Christina Platon Camarta, Sammy Hoods, Brian J. Baumer, Suzanne Suarez, Alex Wolfe and V. Thuy Nguyen of Buckley Madole in Addison.
