AMG accuses three companies of contract breach

A Jefferson County company filed suit against three other companies, citing breach of contract.

AMG Resources Corporation filed a complaint Sept. 19 in Jefferson County District Court against Triangle Professional Services, Greenrock Capital Company and Watco Transportation Services (also registered as Watco Companies), citing breach of contract.

According to the complaint, on or about Aug. 3, 2011, AMG purchased 189 rail cars from Triangle, but 47 of the rail cars were delivered late and 29 never were delivered. A suit filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pa., on July 26, 2013, resulted in a settlement agreement between the parties on Feb. 5, the suit states, and the unpaid amount of the settlement is $23,782.09.

The plaintiff seeks full payment of the settlement amount, plus interest, court costs and attorney fees.
