This application for lien transfer was filed on the property at 8209 Heartfield Lane, Beaumont. The petitioner states that as of Nov. 27, 2013, the association dues for the years of 2010 through 2013 had not been paid. According to the complaint, the current amount owed is $3,567.71 and it continues to increase due to charges, fees and attorney fees.
