DiamondOP, LLC v. Delta Faucet Company et al 2:15-cv-01231-JRG

Plaintiff DiamondOP pursues legal action in response to alleged infringement of United States Patent Nos. 7,402,350 (the ‘350 Patent) and 6,537,668 (the ‘668 Patent).

The ‘350 Patent, entitled “Highly tetrahedral amorphous carbon coatings and systems and methods for their production,” was issued by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office on July 22, 2008.

The ‘668 Patent, entitled “Recording Media Having Protective Overcoats of Highly

Tetrahedral Amorphous Carbon and Methods for their Production,” was issued on March 25, 2003.

Z-Dimensional, LLC v. eQuality Tech. Inc. 2:15-cv-01244-JRG

Plaintiff Z-Dimensional is based in Allen.

It claims infringement of U.S. Patent No. 7,729,530 (the ‘530 Patent) entitled “Method and Apparatus for 3-D Data Input to a Personal Computer with a Multimedia Oriented Operating System”. The ‘530 Patent was issued on June 1, 2010.

Attorney Ronald William Burns, Jr. of Frisco is representing the plaintiff.

Intellectual Ventures I and II are the plaintiffs.

Both entities bring suit regarding U.S. Patent No. 6,516,442 B1, entitled “Channel Interface and Protocols for Cache Coherency In a Scalable Symmetric Multiprocessor System” (the ’442 Patent); United States Patent No. 7,516,177 B2, entitled “Apparatus for Distributing Content Objects to a Personalized Access Point of a User of a Network-Based Environment and Method” (the ’177 Patent); United States Patent No. 7,757,298 B2, entitled “Method and Apparatus for Identifying and Characterizing Errant Electronic Files” (the ’298 Patent); and United States Patent No. 7,949,752 B2, entitled “Network System Extensible by Users” (the ’752 Patent).

Plaintiff Game and Technology is a South Korea-based company.

Its complaint seeks damages for purported infringement of U.S. Patent Nos. 7,682,243 (the '243 patent); US Patent 8,035,649 (the '649 patent) and US Patent 8,253,743 (the '743 Patent).
