Extreme Energy sues Freedom Well Services, alleging breach of contract

Extreme Energy Services is suing Freedom Well Services, alleging breach of contract over outstanding payments owed.

Extreme Energy Services of Broussard, filed the lawsuit Aug. 10 in the Houston Division of the Southern District of Texas, against Freedom Well Services, based in Houston, alleging Freedom has not paid for services provided.

According to the complaint, on Nov. 1, 2014, Extreme invoiced Freedom for more than $450,000, a balance which remains outstanding. The plaintiff alleges it performed all work requested per the terms of the service agreement between the two parties.

Extreme Energy seeks to recover all amounts duet, plus interest, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorneys Michael W. McMahon of Daigle Fisse & Kessenich in Covington, and W. Sean O'Neil of Houston.
