A Louisiana man is suing two Austin companies, claiming he was injured while working.
Dwayne Mosley filed a lawsuit against Wood Group PSN Inc. and GOM Shelf LLC on Aug. 11 in the Galveston Division of the Southern District of Texas, citing negligence and gross negligence.
According to the complaint, on March 20 Mosley was employed as a production operator for Quality Process Services LLC and was injured when he slipped on hydraulic fluid on a platform, sustaining severe and disabling injuries.
The lawsuit states that the company failed to maintain the equipment, keep the platform in a safe condition, warn the employee of the dangerous condition and failed to barricade or control access to the platform. Mosley is suing for categorical damages and interest. He is represented by Houston attorney Marcus R. Spagnoletti of Spagnoletti & Co.
