A Connecticut asset financing and management company is suing a Texas transportation company, alleging negligence for damaged cargo.
Somerset Capital Group, of Milford, Conn., filed a lawsuit Nov. 5 in the Houston Division of the Southern District of Texas against Reveille Trucking, alleging negligence and breach of contract.
