Clifford Stallworth filed a lawsuit Dec. 21, in the Houston Division of the Southern

According to the complaint, while employed as an operator for Panther Well Service, from October 2014 to May 2015, Stallworth was paid on hourly basis, although he regularly worked in excess of 40 hours per week. He alleges Panther Well Service did not pay him an overtime rate.
