NetWrk Access National LLC accused of breach of contract

GALVESTON – Two Collin County businesses are suing a Galveston County company over allegations it hasn't paid for services.

Legacy Services LLC and Legacy Laser Services Dallas LLC filed a complaint on Feb. 4 in the Galveston County District Court against NetWrk Access National LLC, citing breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that beginning Oct. 13, 2015, it leased wireless broadband equipment to NetWrk, but the defendant failed to make payments. The suit states that the amount owed is $93,689.35, and that the defendant has allegedly tried to sell the plaintiffs' leased equipment to avoid its obligations.

The plaintiffs seek the following: compensation for actual damages, interests and legal fees. They are represented by Grant J. Harvey and Ross MacDonald of Gibbs and Brunns LLP in Houston.
