HOUSTON — Liberty Mutual is suing two Texas companies and a Sugarland couple, alleging breach of an indemnity agreement.

Liberty Mutual Insurance Company filed a lawsuit March 7 in the Houston Division of the Southern District of Texas against CAS Companies LP, Techclean Industries Inc., and Billy Wayne Bowlin and Kathryn Carr-Bowlin of Sugarland, alleging breach of indemnity agreement in a series of construction projects.

According to the complaint, Liberty Mutual suffered damages because the defendants refused to pay Liberty, refused to or were unable to complete the construction projects, and failed to pay bills or other indebtedness.

Liberty Mutual seeks compensation for damages, attorney fees and expenses, pre-judgment and post-judgment interest, costs of court, an order compelling the defendants to perform their obligations and such other relief to which it is entitled. It is represented by attorney Ryan D. Dry of Krebs Farley, PLLC in Plano.
