Draco Overseas Trading alleges diesel fuel wasn't delivered per agreement

Contract 07

HOUSTON – A Florida company alleges several international corporations breached their contract with it by providing false interpretations in order for plaintiff to agree to the transaction.

Draco Overseas Trading LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 21 in the Houston Division of the Southern District of Texas against Simpatrans Oil & Gas LTD, Simpatrans Oil and Gas, SC Simpatrans LTD, and JR Trading, citing breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it entered into a contract with the defendants for the purchase of diesel fuel in January 2015, but the defendants did not deliver the fuel in a manner according to the agreement. The plaintiff holds Simpatrans Oil & Gas LTD, Simpatrans Oil and Gas, SC Simpatrans LTD and JR Trading responsible because the defendant allegedly made false interpretations as well as made material misinterpretations in order for plaintiff to go through with the transactions that benefited the defendants.

The plaintiff seeks the following: compensation for all damages plus interest, legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just and proper. It is represented by Scott J. Davenport of Davenport Law Firm PC in Houston.
