GALVESTON -- A Galveston County woman is suing an insurance company, alleging failure to pay for her injuries suffered in a car accident.

Cierra Sivy filed a lawsuit March 17 in Galveston County District Court against Farmers Texas County Mutual Insurance Company, alleging the insurance company failed to pay the plaintiff's benefits after she was in a car crash.

According to the complaint, on Sept. 22, Sivy suffered injuries and car damage when she was struck by another vehicle while driving in Harris County. The plaintiff says Farmers Texas County Mutual has failed to pay full benefits for injuries she sustained in the accident.

Sivy seeks compensation for all damages, including interest at the maximum rate allowed by the law, and any other relief the court deems proper. She is represented by attorneys Jordan A. Glaze and Josh Garrett of Glaze Garrett PLLC in Gilmer.
