HOUSTON — Two former employees are suing a Texas company and individuals, alleging failure to pay overtime.

Roman Del Bosque and Rudel Del Bosque filed a lawsuit Narch 21 in the Houston Division of the Southern District of Texas against Quinn's Rental Services (USA) LLC, formerly known as Lee Specialties (USA) LLC, James R. Lee, Doug Quinn and Steve Van Tetering, alleging unpaid wages and violation of workers compensation acts.

According to the complaint, between May 2013 and Feb. 10, 2016, Roman Del Bosque and Rudel Del Bosque worked more than 40 hours per week but did not receive any overtime pay for the extra hours. The plaintiffs allege the defendants failed to pay overtime premium to all employees.

The Del Bosques seek compensation, trial by jury, all damages, unpaid overtime wages plus interest, all legal fees and any other relief the court deems just. They are represented by attorneys Josef F. Buenker and Vijay A. Pattisapu of Buenker Law Firm in Houston.
