BEAUMONT – A Harris County woman alleges a minor child was injured at a Spring property.

Linsey Ehle, individually and as next friend of an unnamed minor, filed a complaint on March 15 in Jefferson County District Court against David Glenn Fallin and Stacy Steele Fallin, citing alleged negligence and premises liability.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 23, 2014, the unnamed minor sustained body injuries due to a dangerous condition on the defendants' property. The plaintiff holds David Glenn Fallin and Stacy Steele Fallin responsible because the defendant allegedly neglected their duties by failing to supervise minors while on their property as well as failing to warn of the dangers of their property.

The plaintiff seeks the following: compensation for damages, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. She is represented by J. Robert Black and Everett Day of Black Law PC in Houston.
