Warehouse owner accuses Houston business of breach of contract

GALVESTON — A warehouse owner is suing a Houston lighting company, alleging breach of contract.

Eron Smith and Superior Lighting Concepts Inc. filed a lawsuit March 29, in Galveston County District Court against Value Lighting of Houston LLC, alleging the defendant failed to pay rent for warehouse space.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs suffered damages of approximately $25,000 as a result of the unpaid rent. The plaintiffs allege the defendant failed to make required payments to the plaintiff in accordance to their rental agreement.

Smith and Superior Lighting seek trial by jury, all damages, all legal fees and any other relief the court deems just. They are represented by attorneys Charles B. Kirklin and Stephen R. Kirklin of The Kirklin Law Firm PC in Houston.
