HOUSTON — Former and current employees are suing a Texas company, alleging violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Rodney Allen, Cedrick Callegari, Kermecia Faulkner and Bernadette Green filed a lawsuit on behalf of all others similarly situated March 29, in the Houston Division of the Southern District of Texas against Fusion Autoplex LLC, alleging the employer wrongfully failed to fairly compensate employees by paying overtime wages.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs were not paid overtime for hours worked more than 40 hours per week and also received wages below the minimum rate.

The plaintiffs seek a trial by jury, all damages, enjoining the defendant from engaging in pay violations, unpaid wages including benefits and bonuses, liquidated damages, any applicable penalties, interest at the highest rate allowed by law, all legal fees and any other relief the court deems just. They are represented by Taft L. Foley II of The Foley Law Firm in Houston.
