HOUSTON — A Harris County man is suing a Houston company, alleging unpaid overtime wages.

Silvestre Esteban Garcia filed a lawsuit March 22 in the Houston Division of the Southern District of Texas against Redi-Mix Solutions LTD, Tramel Capital Corporation, Clay Tramel and Craig W. Scott, alleging unpaid wages and violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

According to the complaint, Garcia worked for more than 40 hours per week but was not paid any overtime wage. The plaintiff alleges the defendants knew how many hours Garcia worked but chose not to pay overtime.

Garcia seeks unpaid overtime wages, liquidated damage equal to the unpaid wage, interest, all legal fees and any other relief the court deems just. He is represented by attorneys Mark Siurek and Patricia Haylon of Warren & Siurek LLP in Houston.
