Mainland Tool & Supply Inc. allegedly owed for tool rental

GALVESTON – A tool rental company is suing a Madisonville construction firm alleging that it failed to pay for provided equipment.

Mainland Tool & Supply Inc. filed a complaint on April 21 in Galveston County District Court against Beaver Pipeline Construction LLC, citing breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it sent a demand for payment on March 18 to the defendant and it has not responded. The plaintiff holds Beaver Pipeline Construction LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay plaintiff for tools and equipment it provided.

The plaintiff seeks sum of $16,382.02, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. It represented by Christopher L. Johnson and Julie M. Berkshire of Lyons & Plackemeier PLLC in Texas City.
