Tool rental company alleges Texas business owes nearly $10,000

GALVESTON — A Galveston tool rental company is suing a Texas business, alleging failure to pay for services rendered. 

Mainland Tool & Supply Inc filed a lawsuit April 26 in Galveston County District Court against Plant Performance Services LLC, alleging breach of contract and unpaid debt.

According to the complaint, between 2015 and March 18, 2016, Mainland Tool suffered damages to its business as a result of unpaid invoices totaling $9,912.45 .The plaintiff alleges Plant Performance refused to settle the total amount owed despite several attempts to collect.

Mainland Tool & Supply seeks the $9,912.45, interest, all legal fees and any other relief the court deems just. It is represented by attorneys Christopher L. Johnson and Julie M. Berkshire of Lyons & Plackemeier PLLC in Texas City.
