GALVESTON — A  Galveston County corporation is suing a Harris County business, alleging it failed to manufacture metal parts according to the plaintiff's specifications.

Farmer's Alloy Fabricating Inc. filed a complaint on April 4, in the Galveston County District Court against Material Alteration Company LLC, doing business as Haygood Scientific Tool Company alleging breach of contract and misappropriation of likeness.
