HOUSTON – A New York business alleges a Harris County man has defaulted on a business loan.
Can Capital Asset Servicing Inc., formerly known as Newlogic Business Loans Inc., filed a complaint on April 29 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas against Derrick Conkling, also known as Derrick Dale Conkling, alleging breach of loan agreement.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that since March 23, 2015, it has suffered damages as a result of unpaid loan by the defendant. The plaintiff holds Derrick Conkling responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to perform his obligations according to his agreement with plaintiff by making monthly payments for the loan.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $73,659.85 plus interest, foreclosure of its lien regarding the subject collateral, possession of the collateral, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just.
