MARSHALL – A Harrison County couple alleges they were injured in an accident on Interstate 20 when a tractor-trailer rear-ended them.
Sheri Israel and Kenneth Israel filed a complaint on May 31 in the Marshall Division of the Eastern District of Texas against LSK Enterprises Inc. alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on Aug. 7, 2014, they suffered physical injuries as a result of an accident. The plaintiffs hold LSK Enterprises Inc. responsible because the defendant's employee, Tracy Billingsley, allegedly failed to responsibly operate his vehicle causing it to strike the rear of the plaintiffs' car.
The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek all damages, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. They are represented by Douglas C. Monsour and Benton G. Ross of The Monsour Law Firm in Longview.
