Alabama corporation seeks payment from debtors

SHERMAN — An Alabama corporation is suing a debtor and guarantors, alleging each owes more than $250,000. 

KBF Security Inc. of Jefferson County, Alabama, filed a lawsuit Sept. 19, in the Sherman Division of the Eastern District of Texas against AOF Services LLC, Amit Sharma and Len Arao, alleging breach of contract. 

According to the complaint, on Dec. 9, 2015, KBF Security made payment to SPOC Automation for damages caused by the defendants, and became subrogated to the rights of defendants. The plaintiff, the suit says, has sustained monetary damages for not receiving payments from in the following amounts: AOF Services, $271,051.74, Sharma, $250,000, and Arao, $250,000. 

The plaintiff alleges the defendants have failed and refuse to pay the amounts due SPOC Automation.

KBF Security seeks trial by jury, judgment for damages in the amounts listed above, plus interest, late charges and expenses, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Bruce W. Akerly of Malone Akerly Martin PLLC in Dallas.
