Holding company claims debtor has failed to repay more than $11,000

BEAUMONT — A holding company is suing Tonika Balque, a debtor, citing alleged breach of contract.

Integras Capital Recovery LLC filed a complaint on Oct. 13, in the Jefferson County District Court against Tonika Balque alleging that the debtor failed to comply with its contractual obligations.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that defendant entered into a contract with plaintiff's assignor to extend credit to defendant. Defendant purchased a vehicle financed by plaintiff's assignor. The principal balance of $11,395.65 remains unpaid. The plaintiff holds Tonika Balque responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to repay the debt.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for the principal balance of $11,395.65, costs of court, post-judgment interest and such other relief. It is represented by Michael J. Adams of Michael J. Adams PC in San Antonio.
