The plaintiff MyMail is based in Athens.

It has pursued legal action in response to alleged infringement of United States Patent Numbers 8,275,863 and 9,021,070.

Recent court documents show that the ‘863 patent, entitled “Method of Modifying a Toolbar,” was issued by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office on Sept. 25, 2012 while the ‘070 patent, entitled “Dynamically Modifying a Toolbar,” is a continuation of the ’863 patent.

A jury trial is requested.

The plaintiff Venadium is based in Plano.

It claims that U.S. Patent No. 6,330,549 had been infringed upon.

Per recent court papers, the ‘549 patent was issued on Dec. 11, 2001. Venadium asserts “all substantial rights, title, and interest in and to the” subject patent, they state.

A jury trial is requested.

Plano-based Serenitiva is the plaintiff.

It asserts ownership of U.S. Patent No. 6,865,268, which is entitled “Dynamic, Real-Time Call Tracking for Web-Based Customer Relationship Management.”

The ‘268 patent was issued on Mar. 8, 2005, according to recent court documents.

Serenitiva consequently seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.
