HOUSTON — A Tomball man is suing a Houston business owner, alleging breach of contract and fraud.

Oliver N. Eziuku filed a lawsuit Nov. 3 in Harris County District Court against Justine Onuegbu alleging violation of the Consumer Protection Act.

According to the complaint, on Jan 3, 2013, Eziuku made a $15,000 payment for the purchase of Onuegbu's 50 percent stock ownership of Transparent Care EMS LLC. As a result of the defendant's omissions, the suit says, Eziuku has suffered actual and economic damages of more than $15,000.

The plaintiff alleges Onuegbu failed to make necessary changes with the Office of the Texas Secretary of State regarding the joint ownership of Transparent Care.

Eziuku seeks trial by jury, economic and actual damages up to $100,000, pre- and post-judgment interest, attorney fees, court costs and all other relief to which he is entitled. He is represented by attorney Ike N. A. Waobikeze of Waobikeze & Associates PC in Houston.
