Salesman accuses HR services business of fraud

HOUSTON — A salesman is suing an HR services provider, alleging the defendant owes at least $100,000 for fraud, conversion and unjust enrichment.

Jason Carter filed a lawsuit Dec. 5 in Harris County District Court against Trinet alleging failure to perform its contractual obligation.

According to the complaint, despite reaching yearly sales goals, Carter did not receive his commissions and accelerator bonus in accordance with his agreement with Trinet.

Carter seeks trial by jury, monetary relief between $100,000 and $200,000, attorney fees, costs of court and all other proper relief. He is represented by attorney Todd E. Webb of The Law Office of Todd E. Webb in Houston.
