Contract 01

HOUSTON — A Houston excavation company is suing a former sales director, alleging breach of an employment agreement.

Texas Reexcavation LC (T-Rex) filed a complaint Dec. 19 in Harris County District Court against Dustin Culverhouse, alleging failure to to adhere to his contractual and ethical obligations.

According to the complaint, as a result of Culverhouse's wrongful actions, T-Rex suffered and will continue to suffer immediate, irreparable harm, damage and monetary injury, loss of business good will, loss of profits, and loss of future business opportunities.

The plaintiff alleges Culverhouse stole T-Rex's proprietary confidential information, disclosed to a third party to compete unfairly against the plaintiff and attempted to poach the plaintiff's highly valuable sales representatives.

Texas Reexcavation seeks trial by jury, monetary relief between $200,000 and $1 million, attorney fees, court costs and expenses, and all equitable relief. It is represented by attorneys Jessica Glatzer Mason, Michael R. Rahmn of Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP in Houston.
