New York motorist seeks damages for alleged injuries from Pine Hills Drive accident

HOUSTON – A New York City resident alleges she was injured in an accident in Fort Bend County.

Rosalyn Sanchez filed a complaint on Dec. 20 in the Houston Division of the Southern District of Texas against Casey Hansen alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May 15, 2015, she was traveling on Pine Hills Drive when defendant negligently disregarded the stop sign, accelerated the vehicle she was operating in a reckless manner and violently struck plaintiff’s vehicle. The plaintiff holds Hansen responsible because the defendant allegedly to keep a proper lookout and operated her vehicle in a reckless and negligent manner.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant in an amount that will fairly compensate plaintiff's damages, together with interest, attorney’s fees, and costs of the proceedings and such other equitable relief.
