HOUSTON — A Houston woman is suing security attack dog owners, alleging negligence in that insufficient measures were taken to prevent injuries.

Sawsan Al-Hamdoni filed a lawsuit Dec. 26 in Harris County District Court against Edwin Agustin Martinez and TSG Security and Surveillance, alleging they breached their duty to exercise reasonable care.

According to the complaint, on May 11, 2016, Al-Hamdoni was walking through her Houston neighborhood when she was attacked by the defendants' attack dogs, causing her to sustain injuries that required emergency medical treatment and expenses.

The plaintiff alleges the defendants failed to maintain control of their attack dogs.

Al-Hamdoni seeks trial by jury, monetary relief up to $100,000, plus interest, costs of court, and all other just relief. She is represented by attorney Kevin Hall of Houston.
