HOUSTON — A Harris County man is suing a former girlfriend, alleging tortious interference..

David C. Miller filed a complaint Jan. 24 in Harris County District Court against Julie Blessing, also known as Julie Zhitnisky, alleging she tortiously interfered with his existing contracts and prospective business opportunities.

According to the complaint, as a result of Blessing's actions, Miller has lost fully funded contracts and lost potential business relationships. He was also harassed, abused and embarrassed, the suit says.

The plaintiff alleges Blessing unlawfully transferred funds for her personal benefits and contacted Miller's business associates to directly disrupt his business contracts and interfered with his potential business relationships.

Miller seeks trial by jury, a temporary restraining order prohibiting Blessing from committing cyber intrusion upon the plaintiff, his family and associates and from attempting to act in any form of management on behalf of the plaintiff, an order for protection of the plaintiff, his family and associates, attorney fees and costs, and all other general relief. He is represented by attorney Thomas A. Willbern III of Thomas A. Willbern III PLLC in Houston.
