HOUSTON — A construction materials supplier is suing two customers, alleging breach of agreement and guaranty.

Southern Crushed Concrete LLC filed a complaint Feb. 8 in  Harris County District Court against Victor Salinas and Ery Aguirre, alleging they failed to fulfill their obligations under the agreement.

According to the complaint, in July 2016, Southern Crushed Concrete sold construction materials to the defendants on credit. To date, the suit says, the outstanding balance of $690.19 remains unpaid.

The plaintiff alleges despite demands for payment, the defendants have failed and refused to pay the construction materials supplied by the plaintiff.

Southern Crushed Concrete seeks trial by jury, actual damages of $690.19, pre- and post-judgment interest, attorney fees, court costs and all other relief. It is represented by attorneys Matthew T. Wright and Jared A. Rougeau of Wright Law Group PLLC in Houston.
