HOUSTON — A Dallas electrical services and products distributor is suing a former employee, alleging insubordination and harassment.

Rexel Inc. filed a complaint Feb. 15 in Harris County District Court against Mark Gramaski, alleging that the former employee refused to follow proper avenue to express his concerns.

According to the complaint, due to Gramaski's harassment and threatening behavior, Rexel suffered imminent harm, irreparable injury, disruption of business operations, loss of customers, good will and profits. The plaintiff alleges Gramaski, who worked for Rexel September 2011 to December 2016 as an outside sales representative, made disparaging comments to Rexel's customers, resulting in customer complaints and he sent repetitive, harassing and threatening communications to the plaintiff and its employees.

Rexel seeks trial by jury, a restraining order prohibiting the defendant from entering or from approaching within 1 mile of the plaintiff's property and from contacting or approaching its employees and all other just and equitable relief. It is represented by attorneys Carolyn Russell and Samantha Seaton of Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart PC in Houston.
