HOUSTON — A Harris County man is suing a Dodge dealer, alleging negligent repairs.
Kevin Stephen filed a complaint March 13 in Harris County District Court against Hefman Dodge Inc., alleging violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
According to the complaint, due to the defendant's negligence, Stephen has suffered damages of approximately $30,000 due to the wrongful diagnosis of his truck's problems that resulted in financial hardship. The plaintiff alleges Hefman Dodge failed to perform repair work in a good and workmanlike manner.
Stephen seeks trial by jury, compensatory and punitive damages, costs of suit and attorney fees and all other relief. He is represented by attorney H. Julian Frachtman of Houston.
