HOUSTON — A Harris County automobile dealer is suing a sales assistant, alleging breach of duty and misappropriation of trade secrets.

Sonic Momentum VWA LP, doing business as Audi Central Houston, filed a complaint March 14 in Harris County District Court against Sarah Golshadi, alleging she breached her duty to maintain confidentiality of the plaintiff's customer information.

According to the complaint, on March 8, 2017, Audi Central terminated Golshadi's employment and later discovered that she had copied and/or removed approximately 2,000 pages of the plaintiff's proprietary information. As a result, the suit says, the plaintiff has been damaged.

The plaintiff alleges Golshadi unlawfully exercised dominion and control over Audi Central's proprietary information.

Audi Central Houston seeks trial by jury, a temporary restraining order enjoining the defendant from utilizing the plaintiff's confidential information, costs of court and all other just and proper relief. It is represented by attorneys Donald W. Gould II and Charles Patrick Waites of Johnson DeLuca Kennedy & Kurisky in Houston.
