HOUSTON — A customer is suing a Dunkin Donuts in Conroe, alleging its negligence led to injuries to the plaintiff.

Wayne Adam Reyna filed a complaint March 24 in Harris County District Court against MM Donuts Conroe 75 LLC, doing business as Dunkin Donuts and Conroe 75 LLC, alleging failure to make the conditions in their premises reasonably safe.

According to the complaint, on Dec. 27, 2015, Reyna was a customer at the Dunkin Donuts store on property owned by Conroe 75 when he slipped and fell on a painted incline ramp and hit his head. The suit says Reyna has suffered injuries resulting in physical pain, mental anguish, disfigurement and he has incurred medical expenses.

The plaintiff alleges the defendants failed to provide sufficient warning of the existence of a dangerous condition.

The plaintiff seeks trial by jury and damages between $200,000 and $1 million, interest, costs of court and all other legal and equitable relief. He is represented by attorneys T. Dean Malone and Michael O'Connor of Law Offices of Dean Malone PC in Dallas.
