HOUSTON — A Houston professional staffing company is suing a former employee, alleging breach of an employment contract.

A.D. Susman & Associates Inc. filed a complaint April 27 in Harris County District Court against Fidel Villareal, alleging violation of the non-solicitation provision of his confidentiality agreement.

According to the complaint, as a result of Villareal's actions, A.D. Susman has suffered and will continue to suffer irreparable damage to its business, loss of good will and reputation. The plaintiff alleges shortly after Villareal's termination from A.D. Susman as an account manager in November 2016, he solicited the plaintiff's customers.

A.D. Sussman seeks trial by jury, a temporary and permanent injunction enjoining defendant from soliciting the plaintiff's customers, monetary relief up to $100,000, all damages, attorney fees, costs of court and all other equitable relief. It is represented by attorneys Carlton D. Wlde Jr. and Kendall Valenti Speer of Crady, Jewett & McCulley LLP in Houston, and by Gary S. Glesby of Houston.
