HOUSTON — A Harris County woman is suing a Houston medical facility, alleging assault and sexual harassment.

Manar Saah filed a complaint April 19 in Harris County Circuit Court against Dr. Nazmudin Keshwani, Elite Doc Family Medicine PLLC and physician assistant Chaim Sigler, alleging the defendants failed to protect all customers from any harm and to ensure patients' safety.

According to the complaint, on April 20, 2015, Saah arrived at Elite Doc on Southwest Freeway, Houston, to refill a prescription. She says she was sexually assaulted by Sigler under the guise of performing a back exam. As a result, Saah alleges she has suffered mental and emotional injuries.

The plaintiff alleges the defendants failed to properly screen employees before hiring, failed to properly train employees in a credible and trustworthy manner and failed to properly supervise employees.

Saah seeks trial by jury, damages of more than $1 million, pre- and post-judgment interest, costs of court, and all other equitable relief. She is represented by attorney Joshua P. Davis of Davis Law Group in Houston.
