BEAUMONT — A Texas man is suing Brent Dickey and Moreaux Transportation Services Inc., citing alleged negligence.
Edward Clouser filed a complaint on March 30 in the Jefferson County District Court, alleging that the defendants failed to control their truck-trailer rig.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he was gravely injured when he was involved in a vehicular accident on April 9, 2015. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to keep a proper look out when changing lanes.
The plaintiff seeks actual damages, pre- and post-judgment interest, court costs and other relief to which he may be justly entitled. He is represented by Wes Hammit of Wes Hammit in Madisonville.
