BEAUMONT — A car wholesaler is suing Drive It Home Auto LLC, a Texas business, for alleged breach of contract.
Autohero Inc. filed a complaint on April 7 in the Jefferson County District Court, alleging that the Texas business failed to pay the plaintiff for the vehicles it delivered.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it was damaged financially from not being paid for its vehicles. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly retaining possession or selling the vehicles it acquired from the plaintiff despite not paying for them.
The plaintiff seeks actual damages in the amount of $33,940, attorney's fees, pre- and post-judgment interest, court costs, incidental damages and other relief they are entitled to. They are represented by Nicolle N. Muehr of Nansy Muehr PLLC in Austin.
