ASA Holdings Real Estate Management allegedly failed to take measure to prevent injuries

BEAUMONT — A Texas woman is suing ASA Holdings Real Estate Management, ASA Holdings LP, Mohammed ALi and Sultana Munnaver for alleged liability, negligence and for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.

Alicia Valentine filed a complaint on April 6 in the Jefferson County District Court against the defendants, alleging that the defendants failed to keep their premises reasonably safe.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she was injured after tripping and falling on concrete that she claims was "unreasonably dangerous" on Oct. 11, 2016. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to warn her of the dangerous condition of the premises.

The plaintiff seeks damages, legal interest, court costs and other relief that she may be justly entitled. She is represented by Jonathan C. Juhan and J. J. Bragg of Jonathan C. Juhan in Beaumont.
