Worker alleges building contractor failed to pay more than $18,000

HOUSTON — A Harris County man is suing a building contractor, alleging breach of contract in failing to pay more than $18,000.

Ignacio Saldivar filed a complaint May 12 in Harris County District Court against Solore Builder Solutions LLC, alleging failure to perform its contractual obligations.

According to the complaint, between January 2015 and Sept. 15, 2015, Saldivar performed a variety of small jobs for Solore throughout Harris County. The suit says the total amount of $18,655 remains due and owing becuse the defendant has failed to pay for the plaintiff's services.

Saldivar seeks trial by jury, for actual damages of $18,655, plus interest, costs of court, attorney fees and expenses and all other relief. He is represented by attorneys Eric D. Nielsen and Ryan Bill of The Nielsen Law Firm PC in Houston.
