HOUSTON – A Houston man alleges he was injured when he was struck by a golf cart and pinned against a wall.

Walter Fountain filed a complaint on June 30 in the Harris County District Court against Aramark Corp. and Aramark Services alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Nov. 30, 2015, he sustained bodily injuries when he was struck from behind and was pinned against a brick wall by defendants' employee, who was driving a golf cart. He alleges suffered injuries to his right knee, lower back and right hip.

The plaintiff holds Aramark Corp. and Aramark Services responsible because defendants' employee allegedly failed to maintain a careful lookout and failed to operate the golf cart in a safe manner.

The plaintiff seeks monetary relief of more than $100,000 but not more than $200,000 and all other relief to which he is justly entitled. He is represented by Larry G. Trimble of Trimble, Grantham & Grant PC in Houston.
